PP Derek and exchange student Marco took advantage of the Easter Holidays to attempt the 30km coastal track running through the Royal National Park. It takes around 1 hour on the train to Cronulla and then 30 mins on the Ferry to get to the start point at Bundeena. Then a steady 2 hours walk to Marley beach. By that stage it was 12.00 and we still had around 20km to go with some significant descents and ascents before we got to Otford. In the end we decided that discretion was the better part of valour and decided to turn back. Maybe attempt the full walk another time starting from Otford and ending in Bundeena
