Ken’s visit has been targeted for our meeting as the day after World Polio Day. Recent news indicates that the battle to eradicate polio is far from over.
This an ideal opportunity to recognise Ken’s incredible courage in undertaking and leading the expedition for the End Polio campaign for which he has raised over $250,000.
Attached is a flyer to promote Ken’s visit. The flyer includes two QR codes which provide a link to an ABC News article on Ken’s 2022 attempt and another to his earlier expedition in 2014 to Cho Oyu. Below is another link to an article from the ABC TV News in late May this year on the expedition which you or your guests can copy into the browser.
