Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the Borogegal and Cammeraigal people as the
traditional custodians of the land on which our Club meets. We pay
our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

Following on from a well-received donation last year, Mosman Rotary has donated a further 5 computers to women who are victims of domestic violence and are receiving support from Mary’s House.
|
More than ever it is important for women to have safe technology to help them navigate all of the administration required to update and secure their living circumstances (when so often their only option had been to vacate their family house).
|
|
Thanks to Past President Derek Andrew and Community Services Director Liz Alderson for arranging this donation.
|
|
|

|
The club organized an Australia Day 2022 BBQ at Balmoral Beach.
|
This event was a great success with the Club raising more than $2000 to support the Tonga Tsunami relief program. On the day we also sold another 6 jigsaws to happy customers. It was a successful event raising the image of Rotary and in particular our Club with people asking about who we are, where we meet and our projects.
|
|
As we were packing up at the end of the day a very kind gentleman came up and gave us 3 x $100 notes as a “donation” and said “ I’ve watched you guys all day and I know you do great charitable work.” For the team, that was the icing on the cake!. So thanks to the National Australia Day Council for sponsoring the event, to all our members who participated on the day and also to Tania Mace from Lane Cove club who was the organizer for all 5 Rotary clubs in our area taking part in this Australia Day activity.
