Acknowledgement of Country
We acknowledge the Borogegal and Cammeraigal people as the traditional custodians of the land on which our Club meets. We pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging.

Monday's guest speaker will be Dr. Will Davies who will speak to us about the Western Front - Then & Now. Attached is Dr. Davies' CV. He has written books, screenplays, made corporate films and worked for the BBC, ABC, and SBS.
|
Will is currently developing a range of history tours of Europe, the UK, Asia, USA and Australia for 'older educated clientele and those with a military interest'. In 2020 the Governor General launched one of his books. In 2021 Penguin/Random House published his latest book, 'Secret and Special'.
|
Following his talk, Dr Davies will be offering signed copies of his books for sale. They range in price from $23 - $35. Dr Davies asked that if you wish to purchase his books that you bring cash as he does not have a card reader.

PP Di McKenzie- Rabu was awarded in the recent North Sydney Council Garden Awards FIRST prize for the Best Balcony and Courtyard Garden. Congratulations to Di from us all at Mosman Rotary.
|
October was a big Club effort for Mosman Rotary having managed a Market Day at Mosman Markets, followed next day with a Sausage Sizzle at Our local Bunnings. Then following weekend a Sausage Sizzle at the opening of the Mosman Festival and two days later a Pastries Stall at the Hunter Valley Uncorked event at Balmoral and finally a Stall at the Mosman Festival October Feast. Well done for all those who gave their time volunteering at these events.
