JIGSAW SALES AT 2nd SEPTEMBER MOSMAN MARKET

Dave, Graeme, Ross and James started off by erecting our tent at around 7-7.30. At 8.00 Derek turned up and Dave and Ross left. In the next 2 hours we attracted lots of attention and sold 2 jigsaws with a promise of one more.
At 10.00 Barry, Marco and Kazushi took over with Marco taking the lead as a natural salesman! Over 10 sold in the next 2 hours!

At 12.00 Kazushi left for the zoo and Di, Dom, Ross and Therese joined Barry and Marco for a final session until James, Dave and Graeme came to pack up. Altogether we sold 22 jigsaws raising $1100 for our Project Fund.

Bicentennial Trail Project, Beauty Point to Spit Review Thursday 14th September, 11:00 am & Lunch

(Initially this Project was with Mosman Rotary in 1988, under guidance of Mike Blakeney. Hence the opportunity for our Club to again jointly take on the project to revamp the trail).

Subsequent to the Monday Rotary presentation by Stephen Palmer, Mosman Historical Society, it was agreed Mosman Rotary Club members gather to review / inspect the Trail and anticipated project. Followed with lunch at the nearby Sailing Club.

Suggest that we meet Spit car park southern end at 11:00a.m. Thursday 14th September.

Please advise intention to attend to allow catering advice for our group lunch.

Pres James & PP Blair
