Induction of our newest member - Pali Gill

Joint Presidents Halyna and Ruth inducted our newest member, Pali, on Tuesday. Also attending were potential new members Marian and David Ferguson.

PDG Danny organises another container load for Wheelchairs For Kids

Wheelchairs For Kids is a major Rotary charity based in WA; they build and supply wheelchairs designed specifically to allow disabled children to become mobile. PDG Danny and Angeline together within our club have supported the venture for many years. They have recently donated $4000 to enable the shipment of a container load to Mindanao in the Philippines. Once they arrive the chairs are taken over by a local club who arranges a specialist physiotherapist to fit recipients to the chairs. Without these chairs many of the children would be left immobile and unable to join in activities with their friends. Life changing!
