Shirley will be his counsellor; Barry will be his District Counsellor. He will be attending Mosman High.
He will stay with Mark Wallis for a short time then move to Kate Kennedy in Willoughby. His other host families will be in the homes of 2 students going on exchange in January (to Denmark and Japan).
Christian has an older brother and younger sister. His mother Dorothee is a teacher (Maths and PE) and his father Elmar is a Computer Scientist
His 3 reasons for coming on exchange are he loves meeting new people, to improve his language skills and learn more about foreign cultures.

Jenny May has been an active member of Lane Cove Rotary since 2009 with a history tied to the club dating back to the late 1960s when her father and later her husband were members. After moving from Perth to Sydney at the age of 8, she has always lived in the Lane Cove area. On leaving school, Jenny trained as a nurse. The last 27 years of her working life were spent in the Operating Suite at Hunters Hill Private Hospital, where she was a Nurse Unit Manager.
|
Now enjoying retirement for almost 4 years, she treasures time spent with her three children and four grandchildren. Travel is a passion and she has visited all 7 continents but still has many places she would like to visit
|
In February 2020 Jenny was fortunate to enjoy her dream trip to the Antarctic Peninsula via the Falkland Islands (Malvinas) and South Georgia. Through her photography, Jenny will take you on an expedition to these remote and pristine regions, showcasing their rugged landscapes, unique wildlife, and rich history. From the windswept shores of the Falklands to the iconic penguin colonies of South Georgia and the ethereal beauty of Antarctica, this talk offers a glimpse into some of the most remarkable places on Earth.
|
Join Jenny on this journey as she delves into the wonders of the Falkland Islands, South Georgia, and the Antarctic Peninsula, offering a glimpse into a world few have the privilege to experience firsthand.
